Breweries Entitled to Claims in Visa/Mastercard Class Action Lawsuit
As reported by the Brewers Association a $5.5 billion class action settlement involving Visa and Mastercard is underway. If your brewery accepts either of these card types and was operating between January 2004 and January 2019, you may be entitled to a claim.
Filing is underway, and claim forms will be mailed to businesses that request them through January. The attached PDF includes a QR code and a link with more information on filing independently. Filing on behalf of your business ensures that you get the most of your claim, rather than paying a fee to file through a third party.
